I've been framed

Our guest house is coming along nicely. The framing is now completed and the front (and only) door is installed.  The metal roof will go on in one week, and the stucco and masonry crews will start their thing within two weeks.   Then things slow down dramatically as I start the interior electrical, HVAC, and plumbing work, which must be roughed in before the foam insulation is sprayed in the exterior walls.  The goal is to have it ready for some sort of basic occupancy by Thanksgiving, which at this point is looking pretty likely.  Reservations, anyone?
