Bad hair, good times

Alex is a great sport about helping his crazy-haired dad.  Even doing early AM work around the house.   And he's good at helping to figure out some tricky little details too, in this case the hand-chiseled recesses for the sliding door pulls.  Fortunately we got it all done without any noticeable mistakes.  Thanks Alex!

Hallucination at the Blanco River

We had a nice little picnic at our neighborhood park on the Blanco River a few weekends ago.  Alex was visiting from Denton, and Ginny & Luke drove down from Austin.  You'll notice none of them are in this photo (perhaps intentionally keeping their distance from the crazy old couple with the coordinated t-shirts).
But we are grateful to Stacey for coordinating the t-shirt creation project and getting them to us for this fabulous public premier.
